AO Custom Fabrication Purchase Policy

At AO Custom Fabrication, we take pride in offering custom-crafted products designed to meet your needs. Please review the following terms before making a purchase.

Payment Terms:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders.
  • Custom signs and plasma-cut products require full payment.
  • For products requiring installation, the balance—less 10%—is due 48 hours before installation, delivery, or pick-up.

Custom Plasma Cut Products:

  • Includes 3 draft mock-ups. Additional drafts will be billed at $100+hst per hour.

Production Timeline:

  • Timelines vary based on design complexity and current workload. Estimated completion dates will be provided at the time of deposit.

Return Policy:

  • Due to the custom nature of most orders, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
